• All Emails & phones calls during the planning process
• Assist in creating Wedding itinerary
• Make contact with all vendors prior to the event to reconfirm. I will provide our cell number to all vendors for direct communication on the Wedding Day, so you are left to just enjoy your day!
• Receive packages you would like to send out prior to your wedding day
• Site Visitation/rehearsal prior to the event to fine tune all details
• Coordinator on site from set up to break down
• Set up décor, favors, name card, and other personal items.
• Greet Vendors and instruct them as to where to set up, etc.
• Greet Guests & offer direction throughout event
• Direct the wedding party processional
• Ensure proper flow of events per itinerary such as cocktail hour, entertainment, cake cutting, toasts, first dance.
• Pack up gifts/cards and other miscellaneous ceremony & reception items and have them ready to be taken to a family members car at the end of the night
